Yusen comes to Gdańsk

Japanese logistics operator Yusen Logistics has leased 12,500 sqm of modern warehouse space in Goodman’s Pomeranian Logistics Centre.

“The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is continuing to develop due to the demand from such customers such as Yusen, who require excellent access to international transportation. We are currently constructing another 25,000 sqm building on the site, which is being developed to the highest of Goodman’s standards and to qualify for BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification. We still have a land bank near our existing buildings, which will allow us to expand the park to almost half a million square meters of modern logistic space,” says Jarosław Czechowicz, the country manager of Goodman Poland.
